Yardley Grange Nursing Home is a purpose built home carefully designed to meet the needs of our clients. The home is within the attractive and peaceful conservation area of Old Yardley, near to the 12th century parish church of St Edburgha’s, and offers comfortable and spacious accommodation with personalised care to the highest standards.

Yardley Grange Nursing Home is owned and operated by the Yardley Great Trust Group. The home is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates health and adult social care services in England, whether they’re provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies or voluntary organisations.
We were last inspected by the CQC In April 2019 and were judged to be "good" all round.
We are also monitored for quality by Birmingham Council, and by Birmingham Cross City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Each tastefully decorated bedroom has homely pine furniture including a comfy armchair, a nurse call point, TV socket, telephone point (subject to connection by BT) and height adjustable bed.There are weekly GP surgeries and physiotherapy sessions, while chiropody is by arrangement.
